About Troy
With three decades of dedicated service in the field of mental health, Troy Brindle, MSW, LCSW, DCH, brings a wealth of experience, clinical skill, and heartfelt compassion to individuals seeking support and transformation. A Rutgers University graduate, licensed social worker (1995) and a licensed clinical social worker since 2002, Troy has been a trusted guide for adolescents, adults, and older adults (ages 13-99), helping them navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and hope.
Troy’s approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Activation, Solution-Focused Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Guided Imagery. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, his therapeutic style is tailored to foster meaningful growth, emotional well-being, and long-term success.
Beyond his private practice, Troy is a respected leader in the mental health community, having served as President of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Pennsylvania (2015-2017), a National Board Member of NASW in Washington D.C., and a current National Board Member of NASW. His commitment to advancing the field reflects his passion for ensuring high-quality, ethical, and accessible mental health care.
